An excellent organisation! From my enquiry to pickup all the staff were professional and kept us updated. Chris the pick up driver was very professional and friendly. He was on time and dealt with the removal of all our equipment, (over 120 items) speedily and with no fuss. Paperwork was issued on the day and I was informed that a detailed report and certification would be emailed to me in a few days. I will Definitely be using this company again. And most of all it's free! What could be better?

Arranging pickup - excellent Rearranging pickup because I made a mistake - Exceptionally helpful. Pickup - On time, super friendly and helpful. Communication after pickup regarding data destruction etc - excellent. This was my second pickup from CPR and to be honest I wouldn't even consider using another company.

It was well worth the 3hr drive to get to CPR. Professional and friendly service together with a worthy cause for the end of life equipment. I'll have another shipment soon with friends pitching in now as well.
