I contacted them and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained the process. I arranged for the pick up and they were delivered to the site within days. I had updates all the way and details of our online portal were sent to me via email. The process was so easy and straightforward and I would definitely use them again and recommend others do too. I went into my portal the next day and the certificate was there ready to file. A really great service thank you.
