This was the second time we've used CPR to recycle old home PCs and it couldn't be simpler: just stick it in a box, arrange a courier pick-up and you're done. I like the new tracking portal, which shows progress: the machine delivered to them today has already been data-wiped and the earlier one has been refurbed and sold.

Wish I had known about this company before. Tried looking for a way of dealing with an old hard drive, but that was just after lockdown, so not many offering this service. So easy to follow the instructions and notify them of what was required, print label and pack up the parcel and take to the local Evri shop. Thank you for your assistance. Will use you again if I need to in the future.

Really happy with this service -easy to access, really helpful team and friendly collection guy. Peace of mind that any data is wiped, and that goods are recycled properly rather than being trashed. Highly recommend
