I dropped off a handful of laptops, tablets, disks and other tech items that I no longer used. I was seen immediately by a friendly and helpful member of staff who was happy to accept them for recycling. I'm very happy that they will be recycled and that any profits will go to charity.

Once a date was confirmed for collection (this did take a couple of months as you have to wait for them to be in your area) the contact was friendly and informative. The driver called in advance to ensure that I had time to get to the office. Once arrived he was friendly and helpful. Nice to know that the unwanted items will be getting refurbished and given a new home. Very easy process and would recommend to sue again.

From initial call through to completion this morning, communications have been professional and friendly. The fact that this service has been free to my charity is fantastic, however, the service and communications with CPR is by far the best part of this transaction. Chris, the driver, was such a pleasure to meet first thing this morning. Would most definitely recommend CPR. Alex
