Great service! It's nice to know my kit can be recycled/repurposed safely and will be securely wiped. You pay for the postage which is fine (£6 for two laptops together in a box) and it's all tracked through the website so I could see they were on their way. I had a question for CPR and they answered me really quickly through their contact centre on the website.

I have been most impressed with the level of professionalism at all stages of disposing of my unwanted old computer. (I had anticipated no end of problems - the main problem being the wiping clean of all confidential data on the drive itself as I am not very technically minded). I need not have worried. Everything was clearly explained - literally at every step on the journey - and three days later I have my Data Wiping Compliance Certificate. I will not hesitate to use this service should the need ever arise again in the future. Many thanks.
