Great service, but collection not free

I am really pleased the I could send everything off for recycling, and that it will help charity. Collection and delivery were very efficient, but it was not free. My two boxes, 25kg in all cost £20 to send. I would use theis company again, but it is misleading to say that collection is free for domestic customers.

The communication and pickup are very swift and impeccably friendly. We like that we can trace each item's recycling journey through the online portal. A great service at a great price!
