Our collection driver Chris was outstandingly courteous and helpful giving advice on recyclable items and detailed explanation of the many forms of recycling used, leading to very few materials sent to landfill. He did a great job of loading our roomful of equipment into what looked like a much smaller space in the lorry. The CPR team were also very efficient and helpful in arranging collections particularly in view of our large and unusual items. I've just used CPR for the third time. They're so professional and I'm happy I'm leaving IT related items with a business which really will try to recycle what's possible, rather than relying on the council recycling facility where I suspect much ends up in landfill. Great that they're happy to take one-off items from domestic customers. Will no doubt use them again!

This was the second time we've used CPR to recycle old home PCs and it couldn't be simpler: just stick it in a box, arrange a courier pick-up and you're done. I like the new tracking portal, which shows progress: the machine delivered to them today has already been data-wiped and the earlier one has been refurbed and sold.
