I was looking to recycle three disused home computers. I saw on the CPR website that I could drop these in without appointment. Sure enough, on arrival at around 10:30am CPR staff gave me a prompt welcome, quickly dealt with paperwork, and helped me to unload the items. Two minor snags: (1) when I first arrived at the site I wasn't sure that CPR was still there --- it would help to have prominent signs on the way in; (2) CPR were not able to take two CRT-based monitors --- ideally I would have been able to leave the whole computer-related kit, instead of needing to find another recycling site to finish the job. Overall, however, my experience of CPR was positive.

The service, from start to finish, was brilliant. Requesting a collection was straightforward and the team were on hand to answer any Qs via email. The collection itself was faultless and it was a pleasure meeting Chris. We have been looking for a sustainable solution for our electronic waste and CPR is the perfect one.
