From initial call through to completion this morning, communications have been professional and friendly. The fact that this service has been free to my charity is fantastic, however, the service and communications with CPR is by far the best part of this transaction. The whole process was very easy from beginning to end. Driver who collected our items complied with social distancing rules and was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.
