Very pleased with Chris T and his enthusiasm when picking up the equipment. Great service! It's nice to know my kit can be recycled/repurposed safely and will be securely wiped. You pay for the postage which is fine (£6 for two laptops together in a box) and it's all tracked through the website so I could see they were on their way. I had a question for CPR and they answered me really quickly through their contact centre on the website.
