CPR seems to be the only IT recycling company in London and Essex which actually collects old equipment for free. Every other company we contacted in the area turned out either to charge a hefty fee to do it quickly, or to postpone the (free) collection indefinitely. CPR contacted us within 2 weeks of us filling the online form and postponed the collection just once. The driver was very nice and had access to all the information we submitted. An honest, forthright and well-run service.

Thank you for collecting today. Really happy with everything. Easy to book, responded quickly to questions that we had. Collected exactly when said would, calling ahead to confirm. Very professional and friendly service. We had quite bit of kit in different office locations and this was absolutely no problem. Would definitely use again and will recommend.
