This Dell XPS 13 7390 is in fantastic condition and great working order with some marks/scratches to the overall shell. A crystal clear 13.3'' 1920 x 1080P FHD display and an excellent battery.

This Dell XPS 13 7390 boots up in the blink of an eye and once it's on, runs nice and smoothly.

Overall, Dell XPS 13 7390 is an absolute bargain, backed by a 30 day gaurentee. The Dell XPS 13 7390 is capable of powering through most tasks with ease.

Condition

This Dell XPS 13 7390 is in excellent condition. However, does have some scratches/marks to the overall shell. This does not affect the screen or overall performance of the laptop.
Excellent overall condition, due to the white background, our photos are not very clear. This machine colour is 'frost white'.

Loaded Software

At CPR we don't believe in loading loads of software onto a new laptop (AKA Bloatware). Instead, other than the operating system and apps required, no other programs or applications are installed. Office 365 Trial is a link to a clean download directly from Microsoft and can be installed if required.

Battery Condition

Battery life can vary depending on how the laptop is used. A laptop will always use more power playing a DVD or running a game than it does just surfing the internet or answering emails. To this end, it is impossible to be exact on battery condition and life. However, in order to help, we test and grade batteries for laptops by real life use in that once fully refurbished, all laptops are specification checked (which involves running software on the machcine for about 20 minutes. They are then checked for online speed for aproximately 5 minutes. Finally, browsing history and testing files are removed by means of other software. At this point, the batter percentage is checked and noted above with our opinion of the battery. On top of this we use software (batteryinfoview) to then verify this information and gain the % health. Hopefully, this will give you a good guide to the condition. Should you then wish to purchase a new battery, in most cases these are very cheap and so this can be done for extra life.

Before we dispatch any Laptop:

Safety and security is important to us and so before any computer is dispatched we will have completely cleansed all sectors of the hard drive including previous boot sectors thus eliminating any previously installed software. Following this, every computer is scanned at a deep level for all know viruses including spyware and adware. Then and only then, will a PC be reloaded with the appropriate operating system and refurbished ready for sale.

Warranty

CPR Offer a 3 month warranty with all Desktop Computers and Laptops over £250 and sold as refurbished. The first 30 days is a full parts and labour service with the remaining time being labour only. This is a back to base service with the cost of returning an item being the customers responsibility. Once a machine has been refurbished by us, they go through rigorous testing to ensure that there are no hidden problems. As such, we are 100% confident that the Computers we sell are of excellent quality and reliability and all work perfectly when dispatched.
