Product Details

These slim Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablets are in excellent condition with only minor marks to the lid and case. They have a crisp 12.3'' touch screen display, great battery life, are extremely responsive and would be perfect for home, office use or anyone who wants robust, lightweight computing on the move.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a super fast boot up time and once booted, run quickly and quietly through the Intel CORE i5, 6th Generation CPU and 4GB DDR3 FAST RAM.

They are supplied with a branded Microsoft charger and Docking Station / mains adapter with the battery running at 70% Health. This should give you over an hours continuous use. (please see details regarding battery health below)

These Microsoft Surface Pro 4's have been freshly installed with Windows 10 Pro 64bit which has been licensed and registered. They also feature full built in DUAL BAND WiFi, Front and Rear HD Camera, Bluetooth and Intel HD 520 Graphics as well as 4GB of FAST DDR3 RAM and a fast 128GB SATA III Samsung Solid State Drive. Overall, they represent fantastic value for money. The supplied docking station also allows connectivity for an additional 4 USB ports, 3.5mm jack, dual mini Display Port Graphics and a RJ45 / Ethernet Wired network socket.

Overall, these are fantastic tablets and an absolute bargain fully backed by CPR's Refurbisher guarantee. They are cabable of powering through most tasks with ease.

Condition
These machines are in really good condition but do have a few very light marks on the lid and case. They also have a tiny mark on the screen which is barely visible under all conditions.

Loaded Software
At CPR we don't believe in loading loads of software onto a new tablet (AKA Bloatware). Instead, other than the operating system, we dont install any other files or applications. Office 365 Trial is a link to a clean download directly from Microsoft and can be installed if required.

Battery Condition
Battery life can vary depending on how the tablet is used. A tablet will always use more power playing a video or running a game than it does just surfing the internet or answering emails. To this end, it is impossible to be exact on battery condition and life. However, in order to help, we test and grade batteries for tablets by real life use in that once fully refurbished, all laptops are specification checked (which involves running software on the machcine for about 20 minutes. They are then checked for online speed for aproximately 5 minutes. Finally, browsing history and testing files are removed by means of other software. At this point, the battery percentage is checked and noted above with our opinion of the battery. On top of this we use software (batteryinfoview) to then verify this information and gain the % health. Hopefully, this will give you a good guide to the condition.

Before we dispatch any Tablet:
Safety and security is important to us and so before any tablet is dispatched we will have completely cleansed all sectors of the hard drive including previous boot sectors thus eliminating any previously installed software. Following this, every tablet is scanned at a deep level for all known viruses including spyware and adware. Then and only then, will a tablet be reloaded with the appropriate operating system and refurbished ready for sale.

Warranty
CPR Offer a 3 month warranty with all Desktop Computers, Laptops and Tablets over £200 and sold as refurbished. The first 30 days is a full parts and labour service with the remaining time being labour only. This is a back to base service with the cost of returning an item being the customers responsibility. Once a machine has been refurbished by us, they go through rigorous testing to ensure that there are no hidden problems. As such, we are 100% confident that the Computers we sell are of excellent quality and reliability and all work perfectly when dispatched.
