Please complete the highlighted required fields before submitting.

1. Tell us who you are

This controls whether we ask for an organisation name or treat it as a personal collection.

For personal collections, your name will also be used as the customer name in our system.
This comes after referral so it does not get missed.
Returning customer lookup
Enter the email and phone number used on a previous CPR collection, then click the button. We only fill in saved address details when both match.

2. Collection address and area

Choose your county first so the form can show the correct collection options.

Optional, but very useful for telling the driver exactly where they can park or load.

3. Equipment you would like collecting

Add the main equipment types and quantities. You can use the notes box for smaller miscellaneous items.

4. Service level and cost

Based on your county and equipment quantities, we will auto-select whether the standard service is free or chargeable. Priority Service can then be added if required.

Complete the equipment section above and this will calculate automatically.
This is selected automatically from your area and qualifying equipment quantity.
If this becomes chargeable, the price is estimated from your postcode. If no price is found, £65 + VAT is assumed.
Small/light collection suggestion: For a few phones, tablets or other light non-qualifying items, our Send Direct service may be cheaper and easier. Put the items in a box, complete the quote form and, if the price is OK, a courier will collect from you. Prices start from as little as £2.95.

Priority Service Available

Optional upgrade. Choose a collection date and time slot. Business / organisation bookings are £75 + VAT. Personal / individual bookings are £90 total. This will need to be confirmed by CPR within 1 hour of making your collection request.

Priority collection request
Priority dates must be Monday to Friday and cannot be earlier than tomorrow.

5. Access, parking and restrictions

These details help us plan the collection and avoid failed journeys.

This is important where vehicle access is restricted around school start and finish times.
Please tell us the restricted access times.
Terms and Conditions

CPR are offering you a free collection and data wiping service for your unwanted computer related equipment and as such, we need you to be aware of how we work and the restrictions that may apply.

Prior to CPR scheduling a collection date, we will always confirm with you first via telephone or email that the date and proposed collection time is suitable. Our drivers start their collections at 8am so it is important if asked that someone can be available at that time. Should you no longer want us to collect any of the items shown on this collection or, if you wish to cancel the collection completely, you must notify us by telephone on 01293 731222 within 1 full working day of the agreed date of collection.

We do not charge for cancelled collections providing we are notified via this method and within the timescales set out above. However, on arrival, should we not be able to carry out the collection in full because;

a) we are unable to gain access to the equipment
b) we are unable to legally park close the building and have not been informed of parking or access restrictions
c) the qty or type of goods requested for collection are significantly different to those on site
d) removal of the items listed is not possible by one person due to health and safety concerns regarding stairs or individual product weight or size not previously disclosed on the collection request.
e) more than 50% of the equipment being collected has been stripped or is missing most of its critical components i.e. processors, motherboards etc.

Whilst Hard Drives and RAM Memory, Laptop adapters and power cables do not need to be included with the items being collected, it would be appreciated if these are still left intact and supplied.

we then reserve the right to charge you for the cost of sending a vehicle to collect these items which will be invoiced to you at 60 GBP + VAT or the associated pallet collection cost if higher.

CPR are offering you a free service. We can only make this work by collecting from several customers on the same run. Goods not being available or collections where the qty’s are significantly different from those disclosed, compromise our ability to provide this free service to other customers and cost us a lot of money. Please respect this by keeping us informed of any changes before the actual day of the collection.

By submitting the collection request via our website or portal, you are formally agreeing that you have the authority to act for the organisation shown on the collection request and that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Should you not wish to proceed with the collection, please exit from this page now and telephone us on 01293 731222.

NB: Please be aware that we are unable to collect items such as used toner cartridges or ink, used Data or Audio Tapes. CRT Monitors or Monitors where the screens are physically broken, CRT Televisions or Active Whiteboards. Domestic appliances are also not accepted.

Goods in these categories sent to us on Pallet Collections or by Courier Collection will incur a charge of up to 15 GBP per item (disposal costs)
