Please complete the highlighted required fields before submitting.

1. Tell us who you are

We need this to understand if this is a commercial or personal equipment collection

For personal collections, your name will also be used as the customer name in our system.
This comes after referral so it does not get missed.
Returning customer lookup
Enter the email and phone number used on a previous CPR collection, then click the button. We only fill in saved address details when both match.

2. Collection address and area

Choose your county first so the form can show the correct collection options.

Optional, but very useful for telling the driver exactly where they can park or load.

3. Equipment you would like collecting

Add the main equipment types and quantities. You can use the notes box for smaller miscellaneous items.

4. Choose your collection option

Based on your county and equipment quantities, we will show the best standard collection price and the Priority Service option.

Complete the equipment section above and this will calculate automatically.
Small/light collection suggestion: For a few phones, tablets or other light non-qualifying items, our Send Direct service may be cheaper and easier. Put the items in a box, complete the quote form and, if the price is OK, a courier will collect from you. Prices start from as little as £2.95.
Priority collection request
Priority dates must be Monday to Friday and cannot be earlier than tomorrow.

5. Access, parking and restrictions

These details help us plan the collection and avoid failed journeys.

This is important where vehicle access is restricted around school start and finish times.
Please tell us the restricted access times.
Terms and Conditions

CPR provides a free collection, secure data wiping and equipment reuse service for unwanted computer and IT related equipment. Our primary purpose in collecting equipment is to assess it for continued use, refurbishment and reuse wherever reasonably practicable.

By requesting a collection, you confirm that the equipment being transferred to CPR is being made available to us for assessment and potential reuse and is not being provided solely for disposal or recycling.

Equipment Reuse and Assessment

CPR operates on a reuse-first basis. Equipment accepted for collection is intended to be assessed for continued use or reuse, either as complete equipment or, where appropriate, following minor repair, refurbishment, data erasure, testing or preparation for resale.

Where equipment has been removed from service as part of an IT replacement, upgrade or asset disposal programme, you confirm, to the best of your knowledge, that the equipment has been in use and/or was considered suitable for continued use prior to its removal from service, unless otherwise disclosed to CPR before collection.

We understand that organisations may not always know the precise working condition of every individual item at the time of collection. CPR will therefore carry out further assessment and testing at our premises to establish whether individual items are suitable for reuse.

Our driver will, where reasonably practicable, visually assess equipment at the point of collection. We reserve the right to refuse equipment that is obviously physically damaged, incomplete to an extent that prevents reasonable reuse, unsafe to handle, or clearly unsuitable for the reuse service being provided.

Equipment accepted for reuse assessment will be handled and transported in a manner intended to prevent unnecessary damage and preserve its potential for reuse.

EEE and WEEE

Electrical and electronic equipment accepted by CPR for assessment and reuse will be treated as EEE where the applicable conditions for continued classification as EEE are satisfied.

The fact that equipment is unwanted, redundant, surplus to requirements or has been replaced by newer equipment does not, by itself, mean that CPR is accepting it solely for recycling or disposal.

Following detailed inspection and testing at our premises, CPR may determine that individual items are unsuitable for continued use or reuse. Where CPR determines that equipment cannot reasonably be returned to use and it is subsequently discarded, that equipment will be classified and managed as WEEE as appropriate.

Any equipment becoming WEEE following our assessment will be segregated and transferred through an appropriately authorised UK waste treatment or recycling route in accordance with the applicable waste regulations.

CPR does not accept equipment that is known at the time of collection to be seriously damaged, unsafe or clearly intended solely for disposal unless this has been specifically agreed with us beforehand.

Collection Arrangements

Prior to CPR scheduling a collection date, we will always confirm with you by telephone or email that the proposed collection date and approximate collection time are suitable.

Our drivers start their collections at 8am, so where requested it is important that somebody is available to provide access to the equipment from that time.

Should you no longer require us to collect any of the items shown on the collection request, or should you wish to cancel the collection completely, you must notify us by telephone on 01293 731222 at least one full working day before the agreed collection date.

We do not charge for cancelled collections provided that we are notified by this method and within the timescale set out above.

However, upon arrival, should we be unable to carry out the collection in full because:

a) we are unable to gain access to the equipment;

b) we are unable to park legally close to the building and have not previously been informed of parking or access restrictions;

c) the quantity or type of equipment available for collection is significantly different from that stated on the collection request;

d) removal of the listed equipment cannot safely be undertaken by one person because of stairs, access restrictions, or the individual weight or size of equipment which was not previously disclosed on the collection request; or

e) more than 50% of the equipment being collected has been stripped or is missing the majority of its critical components, such as processors or motherboards;

we reserve the right to charge for the cost of sending a vehicle to undertake the collection. This will be invoiced at £60 + VAT, or the associated pallet collection cost where this is higher.

Hard Drives, Memory and Accessories

Hard drives, RAM memory, laptop power adapters, batteries and power cables do not have to be included with equipment being collected. However, wherever possible, we would appreciate these remaining with the equipment, as complete equipment generally provides the greatest opportunity for successful reuse.

Where data-bearing devices are supplied, they will be handled in accordance with CPR's applicable data erasure and data security procedures.

Our Free Collection Service

CPR provides this service free of charge by combining collections from a number of customers on the same collection route.

Equipment not being available when our driver arrives, or collections where the quantities are significantly different from those disclosed when the collection was arranged, can compromise our ability to provide this free service to other customers and can result in significant additional costs.

We therefore ask that you keep us informed of any material changes before the day of collection.

Items We Cannot Accept

Please be aware that our standard collection service does not accept:

* Used toner cartridges or ink cartridges;
* Used data or audio tapes;
* CRT monitors;
* Computer monitors with physically broken or smashed screens;
* CRT televisions;
* Active whiteboards;
* Domestic appliances; or
* Other equipment that is seriously damaged, unsafe or clearly unsuitable for our reuse service, unless specifically agreed with CPR beforehand.

Items falling within these categories that are sent to us through pallet or courier collections without prior agreement may incur a charge of up to £15 per item to cover appropriate handling and disposal costs.

Customer Declaration and Agreement

By submitting a collection request through our website or customer portal, you confirm that:

* you have authority to act on behalf of the organisation shown on the collection request;
* the equipment is being transferred to CPR for assessment with the intention that suitable equipment will be reused;
* to the best of your knowledge, equipment presented for collection has not been deliberately presented as known broken or damaged waste unless this has previously been disclosed to and accepted by CPR;
* you authorise CPR to inspect, test, securely erase data from, repair or refurbish where appropriate, and prepare suitable equipment for reuse or resale;
* you understand that CPR will determine following assessment whether individual items remain suitable for reuse; and
* equipment subsequently determined by CPR to be unsuitable for reuse may be classified and managed as WEEE and transferred to an appropriately authorised UK treatment or recycling facility.

By proceeding with the collection request you are formally agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not wish to proceed on this basis, please exit this page and telephone us on 01293 731222 before submitting your collection request.
